The PNCQ disposes juridical assistance service to its laboratories participants and for the SBAC associates.

Attentive to the reality of the laboratory market, as well as, recent and constant legislative changes, the PNCQ - National Program of Quality Control - entered into partnership with a specialized firm of Juridical Consultants in the Health area, which will be, freely, at the disposal of its participating laboratories and the associates of SBAC, having the following services:

Legislative Accompaniment – a preventive service, that consists in the research of laws, bills and provisory measures, following proper procedures or recently approved, which may fall or interfere in the laboratory performance or activity;

Accompaniment of Resolutions, Opinions and Determinations – a preventive service of verification at the organs of direct or indirect public administration, Autarchies, Secretariats, Delegacies, etc., of the newly published norms and that may influence or affect the laboratories;

Doubt elucidation – a service of juridical doubt elucidation of the participating laboratories of PNCQ and associates of SBAC, including the following branches of law: civil, labor, tributary, enterprise, international, consumer, administrative, constitutional and criminal law – as to questions eminently linked to the practice of the laboratory activity;

Doctrinal and Jurisprudential Search – accompaniment and information about subjects and judicial decisions of the superior courts and that may affect the laboratories;

Preparation of materials and newsletters – Elaboration of newsletters, prepared by the consultants and collaborators, about useful and interesting themes to the laboratories;

Doctrinal and Jurisprudential Search and logistic support in processes – It consists in providing material for support in judicial and administrative demands (it isn’t support of its own cause) brought against associated laboratories;

Moreover, the creation and elaboration of data banks of juridical materials (for consultations of PNCQ’s participating laboratories and SBAC’s associates).

You can also make your consultations directly with the Juridical Assistant of SBAC/PNCQ, Dr. Frederico Mendonça by phone. +55 21 22 40 44 41, giving the registered name of your lab and the associate’s number at PNCQ. However, to make easier understanding and to avoid eventual mistakes, phone consultations are writing answered, by e-mail, letter or fax.

Soon, there will be a cell phone available exclusively to consultations by the participating laboratories of PNCQ and associates of SBAC.
